Regular fries or sweet potato fries? They make an awesome snack, or a delicious addition to your lunch/dinner. It’s so simple! It’s also oven baked so not to worry about those deep fried calories – guilt free!
What you need:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt/pepper for taste
- Rosemary leaves
- Chop chop chop
- Slice them, sprinkle some salt/pepper, drizzle olive oil, and throw in some dried rosemary leaves. Mix!
- Evenly spread them out on a baking sheet. Try not to over-pile them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes in 385 F.
- Take them off the pan so it doesn’t over cook/burn!
- So good!
